Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and shine. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, cleaning appliances, and ensuring all areas meet health guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to deliver top-quality results. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, ensuring the household's needs are met with professionalism. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and basic cooking skills preferred. Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations within the service area. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all tasks.
