How You Will Make A Difference:

Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of apartment homes, common areas, and community amenities. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through detailed cleaning and touch-up work. Ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and to company standards. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Work closely with the maintenance and management teams to support daily community operations. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all tasks. Here Is What We Are Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in the cleaning industry is preferred, ideally in apartment communities or hotels. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to work well with co-workers, residents, and vendors. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and current insurance required. Background check required.
