Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests. Follow proper sanitation procedures during cleaning tasks to promote health and safety standards. Assist with janitorial duties including waste disposal, window cleaning, and detailed custodial tasks to keep all areas spotless. Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies is a plus. Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required.
