This role is a great fit for someone who prefers a quieter work setting and takes pride in detailed cleaning. Your work helps prepare the Club for the next day. Key Responsibilities Clean the clubhouse, fitness areas, pool house, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces Vacuum, dust, sanitize, mop floors, and remove trash Clean glass, mirrors, windows, and doors to keep them streak-free Focus on deep cleaning and attention to detail Reset spaces after events and daily use Restock supplies and keep storage areas organized Report maintenance or repair issues Work independently while keeping high standards What We're Looking For Reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working alone Strong attention to detail, especially with deep cleaning tasks Takes pride in leaving spaces clean and ready Enjoys routine and structured work Schedule & Work Environment Evening shifts, including weekends and holidays Quiet, low-traffic work environment Clear responsibilities and assigned areas Preferred Experience Housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotels, clubs, healthcare, or similar settings is a plus Experience working independently Familiarity with cleaning equipment is helpful but not required Benefits $18 per hour Paid sick time Limited golf privileges Discounted uniform shoes Discounted employee meals during shifts Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods Frequent bending, lifting, and movement Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Role Focus Your main goal is to leave the Club clean, organized, and fully ready for the next day.
