Housekeeping Team Member Part-Time Position Available About The Bradley Boulder Inn The Bradley Boulder Inn is an award-winning, boutique bed and breakfast nestled in the heart of Boulder, Colorado. Known for our warm hospitality, beautifully appointed guest rooms, and exceptional personalized service, we are committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Our team is the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to help us maintain the impeccable standards our guests expect. Position Summary The Housekeeping Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of all guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces throughout the inn. This role is central to our guest experience and requires a dedicated individual who takes genuine pride in their work. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to The Bradley Boulder Inn's high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish room amenities, toiletries, towels, and linens as needed Inspect all rooms upon completion to ensure quality and attention to detail Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, staircases, and public restrooms Handle and launder linens, towels, and other soft goods according to property procedures Report maintenance issues, damage, or items requiring repair to management promptly Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Restock housekeeping closets and supply areas; manage inventory of cleaning supplies Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling protocols Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special requests as needed Oil tables, handrails and other surfaces on a weekly basis. Qualifications Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel or B&B experience a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive attitude Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working with cleaning products and equipment Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods Must be able to walk stairs as there are no elevators at the Bradley Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling options available Supportive, team-oriented work environment Paid time off (for eligible full-time employees) 401K available for applicable employees How to Apply We would love to hear from you!
