What You Will Do Clean 1-3 homes per day following our professional cleaning system.

Tasks include:

Bathrooms, kitchens, floors Dusting, vacuuming, mopping Making beds and resetting homes Detail work and finishing touches Following structured checklists This is active work. Technicians are typically on their feet 6-7 hours daily. Training & Development We invest heavily in training because quality matters. 5 days paid training Gradual schedule build Hands-on coaching Clear performance expectations Ongoing skill development Most technicians are fully independent within 3-6 weeks.
