Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, polishing, and specialized floor treatments to maintain their appearance and safety Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and cleaning agents to deliver consistent quality standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supply inventory levels, and room status updates Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff alike Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies and safety procedures ensures effective task execution Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering cleaning equipment Join us in creating inviting spaces where guests feel valued and cared for!
