• Who We Are:

• We're a small, family-run business managing vacation rentals in Estes Park. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to help clean and maintain our properties. If you enjoy working autonomously with a flexible schedule, this could be the perfect part-time role for you!

• What You'll Do:

• Clean vacation rental properties and ensure everything is guest-ready
• Pick up, drop off, and assist with laundry as needed
• Check and maintain hot tubs (we'll provide training)
• Report any necessary repairs and keep track of on-site supplies
• Occasionally shovel snow and spread ice melt when needed
• Help with summer weed eating and other random tasks as needed
• Drive to various job sites in Estes Park
• Use phone app to track tasks and manage schedule

• What We're Looking For:

• Daytime shift, typically from 9:30am-4pm
• Ability to help on random days, as bookings vary
• Weekend availability is helpful
• Independent worker with a strong attention to detail
• Dependable, honest, with good communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Physically able to handle cleaning tasks, including navigating stairs and carrying heavy bags of laundry

• Spacious walk in 60s style partially furnished basement unit. One bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath.

• NO FULL KITCHEN.

  Open living area with bar height counter and small bar sink. 2 fridges, a microwave, and a plug in dual burner are included.
• Washer and dryer in the main living area. Keeping up with sheets/towels from the vacation rentals is an expected (paid) duty if you choose to live here.
• The landlord lives upstairs (separate entrance). The house sits up on the side of Prospect Mountain surrounded by trees and has a nice view.
• The other roommate is a late twenties/early thirties quiet male that has worked for us for a few years.
• He would like to live with someone in a similar stage of life as him and we want to honor those wishes.
• One vehicle/one person max.
• No smoking, weed, or drugs on property.
• No pets.
• Housing is only available in conjunction with the job. To qualify for housing you must be available to work at least 3 days/week (15ish hours) and have flexible availability including weekends. If you want to work more, there will likely be that option.
