These positions are field positions so you will be out in patient homes, and not in a facility. It will require travel in the Northern Colorado area.

Paid Time Off Job Requirements:
  • Assist in meeting the patients' individual needs while treating the patient with respect and dignity.
  • Assist patient with the activities of daily living from activities to personal care needs and meals according to the patients care plan.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned.
  • Documents the delivery of quality care in the patient's clinical record.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the patient.
