The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services that contribute to the comfort and well-being of our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep floors; perform carpet cleaning as needed Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans upon request Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, or hotel housekeeping roles is preferred Knowledge of floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning techniques Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods Nice-to-have skills include cooking, laundry management, custodial experience, housekeeper management, or experience in hospitality settings such as hotels This position provides an essential service that enhances the comfort and cleanliness of our clients' homes.
