Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Use janitorial supplies and equipment responsibly to execute cleaning tasks effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment. Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels need replenishing. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning products responsibly. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or janitorial experience is a plus. Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.
