Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, or carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately. Follow established protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks in both residential and commercial settings to uphold cleanliness standards. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and maintenance. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
