Job Description
Job Summary ElevateOS is hiring experienced contractor housekeepers to provide residential cleaning services in luxury apartment communities. This flexible 1099 opportunity is ideal for dependable professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. Services may include recurring standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings in high-end residential buildings. Contractors choose assignments based on availability, with opportunities to build consistent, recurring clients within our communities. Key Responsibilities Perform standard residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Complete deep cleaning and detailed sanitation projects Handle move-in and move-out cleanings Remove trash and recyclables safely and properly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Communicate professionally with residents and ElevateOS team Deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets luxury community standards Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience Strong understanding of proper cleaning methods and sanitation practices High attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently and complete services within scheduled windows Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently Additional Requirements Reliable personal vehicle and Driver's License General Liability Insurance for work Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Smartphone for scheduling and communication Reliable and punctual Join Our Team As part of the ElevateOS contractor network, you will provide premium cleaning services within well-maintained residential communities.
