Role:
DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you'll help ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming—creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest. What You'll Do:
Clean and service guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities. Sanitize bathrooms and ensure all surfaces are spotless and guest-ready. Replace linens and towels and report any damaged or missing items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost and found items promptly. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and Hilton brand standards. Respond to guest requests with a friendly and helpful attitude. Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as needed.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Fast-paced, physically active role with frequent guest interaction. Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills. Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull carts, and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
