In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces gleaming Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's high standards Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed to uphold health standards Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to memorable guest experiences!
