  • Full-time Position Summary The Night Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, safety, and overall presentation of guest rooms, public spaces, and spa facilities at a hot spring hotel nestled in Colorado's Rocky Mountains.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a welcoming and rejuvenating guest experience by ensuring all areas of the property consistently meet established cleanliness and hospitality standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive service-oriented attitude while working efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment. Housekeeping Associates are expected to work both independently and collaboratively to complete daily assignments, respond professionally to guest needs, follow health and sanitation procedures, and help maintain the relaxing atmosphere of the resort and hot springs facilities. The night shift is typically scheduled from 2:30pm
  • 10:30pm or 2:00pm
  • 10:30pm with a lunch break.
Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, hot spring and spa areas Replenish supplies and report inventory needs Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures as outlined by the company and federal/state standards Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards, including making beds, replenishing room items, sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces. Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries when encountered Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet daily room and area assignments Properly use and care for housekeeping equipment and cleaning products Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly wage Health (50% of premium covered) & dental (Full time hourly employees eligible) Paid time off and holiday incentive pay Resort perks, including rooms and water amenities Opportunities for growth within a unique mountain resort setting Qualifications & Experience Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and standards Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds Comfortable working in a physically active role and in varying temperatures, including indoor and outdoor spa environments Ability to work at high altitude in a mountain resort setting Skills & Competencies Attention to detail Time management Teamwork and cooperation Guest-focused mindset Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices (training provided)
