In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your proactive approach and commitment to hospitality excellence will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction from check-in to check-out. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with meticulous attention to detail. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate industrial cleaning equipment. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs promptly. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution. Support housekeeping management in inventory control and maintaining cleaning supplies stock levels. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with custodial practices and safety procedures related to chemical handling. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
