Job Description

Overview The Timberline is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented member for our housekeeping team. This is the work that makes everything else possible — turning rooms, keeping linens flowing, and making sure every guest walks into a clean, welcoming space. It's hands-on, on-your-feet work, and it matters: a well-kept room is the first thing a guest notices and the foundation of a great stay. We're looking for someone dependable and thorough who takes pride in doing the job well, works cleanly and efficiently, and is a good teammate to the rest of the crew.
Position Details Pay:
$18/hour
Schedule:
2-3 days per week, 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Specific days are set with the team based on the season and occupancy. This is a part-time, year-round position. The pace is busier during our summer and winter seasons and lighter in the shoulder seasons.
Key Areas of Responsibility Room Turns:
Clean and reset rooms after check-out to our standard, ready for the next arrival
Same-Day Turns:
Prioritize and time check-outs and same-day turns so rooms are ready on schedule
Laundry:
Run the linen cycle — wash, dry, fold, and restock — and keep the laundry room organized and flowing
Restocking:
Replenish room supplies, amenities, and mini bars
Quality Checks:
Make sure each room meets our standard before it's ready for the next guest We started The Timberline because we wanted to build a workplace that felt good to be in: fun, kind, and genuinely supportive. We want that to be obvious to every guest who arrives — and it starts with a clean, well-cared-for room. If that sounds like work you'd take pride in, we'd love to hear from you.
