Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities to provide guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report any concerns promptly to management. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and stored safely. Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues during busy periods and helping uphold the overall cleanliness standards of the facility. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning tools and chemicals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of each room. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
