In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help us provide a pristine, sanitary, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols in all areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal functionality Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times Join us as a Housekeeper and become an essential part of creating comfortable, clean spaces that make residents or guests feel valued.
