Job Description
Job Overview Fx3 Management LLC (the "Company") is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Company owner's private home ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for family, employees and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a flexible schedule during business hours, Monday through Friday. Full-time and part-time options may be available. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of entire house, including bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen and general areas This includes but is not limited to dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. Clean and restock bathrooms daily Wash clothing, linens and towels and put away Wash and putting away dishes and kitchen supplies daily Keep refrigerator clean and disposing of old contents Manage household supplies and restock as needed Remove trash throughout the house Daily decluttering Collaborate with the family office team to ensure efficient operations Perform and oversee other duties and special projects as needed Requirements and Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleanliness standards are met Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player when needed Excellent communication skills for interacting with family and other staff Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred Physical Requirements Work conditions are generally limited to general office and household environments but may include limited exposure to cold or hot temperatures, native wildlife, awareness of site safety compliance including the use of ladders, and standing, carrying, pushing and/or pulling loads up to 50 lbs and/or in excess of 50 lbs. with assistance if needed
