Full Job Description Overview Colorado Cleaning & Rental Refresh Co are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. We specialize in residential homes, short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb/VRBO), and occasional small commercial spaces . This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in assigned homes, rental properties, and small commercial locations. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Ensure properties are staged and guest-ready for short-term rental turnovers. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Restock essential supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products) as needed for turnover cleanings. Be able to provide deep cleaning techniques. Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results each and every time. Qualifications Previous cleaning experience is a MUST (residential, hotel, commercial). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and good communication skills when interacting with team members and clients. Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Must be able to provide cleaning supplies and all equipment. Must have your own eliable transportation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends, as needed. Three (3) professional references are required as part of the hiring process. Why Join Us?
