$21-24/hour (based on experience) Work in a Scenic Mountain Setting Deer Valley Ranch is a guest ranch and event venue in Nathrop, Colorado, offering cabins, a lodge, hot springs-fed pools, and hosting weddings and retreats in a beautiful mountain setting near Chalk Cliffs. We are seeking Housekeepers for daily cleaning operations across our cabins, lodge, and event spaces. You will be actively cleaning while ensuring everything is organized, efficient, and consistently guest-ready. Responsibilities Clean cabins, lodge rooms, and common areas alongside the team Inspect all spaces to ensure they meet high-quality standards Coordinate daily priorities, especially same-day turnovers Assist/oversee laundry and manage linen flow Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Organize laundry and storage areas Prepare spaces for weddings, retreats, and events Complete deep cleaning and special projects

Schedule May-October:

~40 hours/week

November-April:
