Job Summary Independent Cleaning Contractor Sweep is building a small network of independent cleaning contractors for move-out, move-in, and deep cleaning jobs in Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and nearby areas. Can accept or decline jobs based on schedule, location, and scope. If the pilot goes well, this may expand into recurring residential cleaning opportunities for contractors who are a good fit. This is a contractor opportunity for established cleaning businesses. This is not an employee position. Responsibilities Move-out cleaning Move-in cleaning Deep cleaning Large single-family homes One-time residential cleaning projects Base jobs may include Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living rooms, Floors, Counters, Cabinets and drawers, Sinks, Tubs and showers, Toilets, Mirrors, Baseboards, Light switches, Door handles, General dusting and wiping, etc. Possible add-ons may include Oven cleaning, Refrigerator cleaning, Blinds, Interior windows, Garage sweeping, Dishes, Laundry, Heavy buildup Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and custodial procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies and chemicals responsibly Reliable transportation to access multiple job sites throughout the day Operate their own cleaning business or have regular cleaning clients Provide their own supplies and equipment Carry liability insurance or can provide proof of coverage before accepting jobs Communicate clearly by text or email. Show up when agreed and complete the agreed scope. Compensation Pay is per completed job, not hourly. Contractor payout is dependent on scope, job price, and agreed payout percentage. Tips, if offered by the customer, go to the contractor. This is an independent contractor opportunity and does not include employee benefits.
