Job Description

A New Leaf Therapy is a mental health practice serving Pueblo and surrounding communities. We have 60 therapists across 7 locations and were voted Best Mental Healthcare Provider in Pueblo. We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented housekeeper to help care for our counseling offices across Pueblo. Our offices are warm, peaceful Victorian homes that have been converted into therapy spaces. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating clean, calming environments where people can feel comfortable and cared for. This is a consistent long term W2 position with stable hours and a supportive team environment. Job Duties Regular deep cleaning for seven homes that have been converted into office spaces for a mental health therapist practice. This will include vacuuming floors and sofas, mopping floors, dusting furnishings, cleaning baseboards, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, etc. Window washing (inside windows regularly and ground floor exterior windows approximately once per quarter) Dusting ceiling fans and light fixtures once per month Managing weekly trash service including collecting office trash, filling outdoor bins, taking bins out on Wednesdays, and bringing bins back in on Thursdays Watering flower boxes and garden areas during the week Outdoor cleanup, including trash removal, cat cleanup, and use of enzyme cleaner on porches Removing small bee hives or wasp nests when needed Monitoring cleaning and office supply levels and notifying management when supplies need to be ordered Unpacking and organizing incoming office supplies Changing HVAC air filters quarterly Assisting with seasonal pest control and pest bombing approximately twice per year Washing dishes left in office kitchens or break rooms as needed Leaf cleanup using a leaf blower and general outdoor tidying Completing other light maintenance, cleaning, painting touch-ups, and property upkeep tasks as assigned to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for clients and staff
JOB INFORMATION 20
hours per week with a set schedule $16/hour Evenings and weekends required W2 employee position 4 hours of paid time off per month Four paid holidays Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or office cleaning experience preferred Must be dependable and consistently show up to scheduled shifts Must be comfortable working independently without close supervision Must have reliable transportation to travel between office locations Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a mental health setting Must be able to notice details and maintain high cleaning standards Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout shifts • We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Is trustworthy and reliable Works efficiently Notices what needs to be done without being asked Wants a stable, long term position

$16.00 per hour
