Housekeeping

The Oakwood Inn and The Crest Motel are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to manage room turnovers across our two local properties. We operate an innovative, 100% contactless lodging model—there is no front desk or breakfast service. Our entire focus is on providing a safe, comfortable, and flawlessly spotless stay for our guests. Because we manage operations using digital systems, candidates must be comfortable using their smartphones to access digital checklists, guides, and daily room assignments. This position is a contracted role (1099-NEC) offering independent workflows, and cash payouts at the end of every week.

Responsibilities:

Perform full room refreshes and quick touch-ups to meet our strict cleanliness standards. Strip and remake beds precisely, deep-clean bathrooms, sanitize touchpoints, vacuum, and dust. Utilize a smartphone to view daily room assignments and log completions/maintenance needs. Identify and report maintenance issues or supply low-stocks immediately via our digital log. Collaborate with the Team Captain to ensure total property readiness by check-in time.

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but a strong eye for detail and pride in your work is required.

Tech Literacy:

Must own a reliable smartphone and be comfortable checking digital documents and using mobile interfaces.

Reliability:

Must have dependable transportation within Sterling, CO, and a track record of punctuality.

Independence:

Ability to work efficiently alone and maintain a steady pace without direct supervision.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
