In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all spaces meet high hotel standards. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, making this role essential to the overall success of the hotel. We are seeking dependable team members who take pride in their work and can maintain efficiency while delivering quality results. This position primarily requires daytime availability. Candidates must be willing to work most weekends, as well as holidays, based on business needs. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas in accordance with hotel and brand standards. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities. Vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management promptly. Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines. Ensure guest privacy and security by adhering to hotel policies at all times. Complete assigned rooms within required timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
