This role is key to upholding the hotel's standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and reset guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replace linens, towels, and amenities in rooms. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and minibar items. Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or lost and found items to the supervisor. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Respect guest privacy and adhere to "Do Not Disturb" signs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas. Ensure timely completion of assigned rooms and tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and efficiency. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good physical condition; ability to lift, bend, and be on feet for extended periods. Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
