Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that guest rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, you will handle laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning services, to keep linens and garments fresh and pristine. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and dry cleaning of linens and clothing items Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and ensure proper handling of delicate or specialty fabrics Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly Follow established procedures for safe handling of cleaning chemicals and laundry products Experience Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of laundry processes including washing cycles, drying techniques, and dry cleaning procedures Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to housekeeping and laundry operations Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort that leaves a lasting impression on our guests!
