• 19 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken & written).
• Valid driver's license, reliable (insured) vehicle, and willingness to drive in all seasons.
• Live within 20 miles of US 36 & Sheridan (Westminster, CO).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks (bending, kneeling, scrubbing, pushing, pulling, vacuuming, etc.
• Smartphone with reliable service, GPS, and app capability. The Work
• Residential and occasional commercial cleaning.
• Mostly solo cleaning, with some team jobs.
• Service area includes Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood & Golden.
• Follow our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for consistency and quality.
• Provide outstanding service that earns positive client feedback and tips.

Pay $24.50-$29.50/hour based on performance. Additional performance bonuses, tips, and advancement opportunities available.
