I'm looking for my person who can connect with me. I want this position to be filled with someone who will enjoy coming to work and having fun but also someone who works hard.
Job Description:
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys cleaning, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. Flexible with hours and willing to work with you to make sure this position works for your life and schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
Residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Following company cleaning checklists and standards Treating clients' homes with care, respect, and professionalism Communicating clearly with management Showing up on time and ready to work
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be dependable and trustworthy Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required (I train!)
