Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in various environments, including hotels, residential properties, and industrial settings. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and improve service delivery. Skills Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is an asset. Strong floor care skills including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and polishing surfaces. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering a clean environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks.
