This role is responsible for delivering attentive, personalized service to Members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Working closely with the Men's Locker Room Manager, this is a hands-on hospitality role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming, polished, and consistent Member experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Are at least 18 years of age Take pride in providing high-touch, personalized service Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful demeanor Are detail-oriented and organized Work well independently and as part of a team Thrive in a fast-paced environment where consistency and presentation matter As a Locker Room Attendant, you are a key part of the Member experience and daily Club operations. The Essentials (Core Responsibilities) Provide a welcoming, professional presence in the locker room and lounge areas Assist Members with locker room services including shoe care, locker setup, and personal requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas Ensure towels, toiletries, and amenities are consistently stocked and available Support laundry operations including collection, organization, and distribution Assist with food and beverage service in the locker room lounge as needed Maintain cleanliness and presentation of Member-facing spaces at all times Communicate Member needs and requests to the Locker Room Manager Support daily setup and breakdown of locker room and lounge operations The Expectations (Performance & Professional Standards) Deliver consistent, high-level hospitality with every Member interaction Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Demonstrate strong attention to detail in cleanliness and presentation Be proactive in anticipating and responding to Member needs Maintain a polished appearance and positive attitude Work collaboratively with the Locker Room Manager and team Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Follow all Club policies, procedures, and service standards The Standards (Qualifications & Professional Conduct) Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Previous hospitality, service, or locker room experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask and work efficiently Ability to take direction and work independently Communication Skills Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with Members and staff Strong listening skills and responsiveness to Member needs Physical Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift and carry items up to 25-30 pounds (towels, supplies, etc.) Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching Ability to work in indoor environments with varying activity levels
