Weekend Housekeeper (Sat & Sun OR Just Sat) for a in Greenwich, CT

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic weekend housekeeper to join our team in a refined private residence. There are 2 work schedule options: • Option 1: Sat 12pm-10pm and Sun 12:30pm-8:30pm for an 18 hr weekend • Option 2: Only Sat 12pm-10pm for a 10 hr weekend Whether you choose option 1 or 2, this is not "once in awhile," but a consistent shift, so please do not apply if you cannot commit to the schedule you choose. Successful candidate must be experienced in and comfortable with wearing three hats: (1) substantial housework including cooking, cleaning and laundry in a refined home, (2) caring for family pets and (3) support of older children. This is a formal household requiring candidates to undergo a resume review, immunization and background checks. Candidates should be flexible to work additional hours and be able to work with other staff. The position is on-the-books. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder clothing, linens and towels as needed, ensuring cleanliness and freshness. Maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages or needs. Meal prep and cook simple meals. Walk and assist with family pets. Provide support for older children. Transport children safely in one's own vehicle to and from activities and/or appointments and/or run errands. Experience Previous experience in residential work with housekeeping duties required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a household team.
