(as needed) dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various residential or commercial settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the field. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing Ensure all guest rooms or designated spaces meet cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Adhere to established protocols for industrial cleaning or custodial tasks when applicable Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory control and scheduling support Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, or related fields such as hotel experience or custodial work Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently Prior experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
