Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a pristine appearance Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to kitchens and bathrooms Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs with professionalism and friendliness Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in cleaning practices Ability to perform floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Skilled in laundry operations with attention to detail in handling delicate fabrics and linens Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality settings is highly desirable Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors Join our team if you're passionate about creating spotless environments where clients feel comfortable and cared for.
