Full Job Description Responsabilities:
Clean and maintain office spaces, kitchenettes, hallways, stairways, elevators, and common areas. Service all restrooms daily and as needed. Empty wastebaskets and replace liners throughout the building. Wash and fold towels. Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and clean. Wipe down surfaces, windowsills, woodwork, and counters. Support special events as assigned. Report rooms or equipment requiring immediate attention to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Respond to radio calls for housekeeping needs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
SkillsAbilities:
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Able to push/pull carts and engage in frequent walking, standing, and sitting. Use proper body mechanics and follow safety procedures. Operate cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, vacuums) and handle chemicals safely. Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining professionalism with visitors and colleagues. Communicate effectively with team members. Ability to work evenings for special events when needed. English communication skills required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation range:
