Healthy Home Cleaning Co. is currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our growing team as independent contractors. We service homes across parts of Fairfield County, New Haven County, and nearby communities. This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who prefer flexible schedules and the ability to accept jobs based on their availability. Pay & Perks Average earnings: $27-$33/hour + tips and bonuses Flexible scheduling — choose when you want to work Opportunity to build recurring clients Support with scheduling, customer communication, and billing handled by our office About the Role You'll provide residential cleaning services including: Standard recurring cleanings Deep clean services Move-in / move-out cleanings Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and surface sanitizing This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Cleaners provide their own supplies, equipment, transportation, and insurance. Basic Requirements Minimum 2 years paid residential cleaning experience Conversational English Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Cleaning equipment and supplies available Willingness to obtain General Liability Insurance (usually about $40/month) What We Look For Strong attention to detail Good time management Professional communication with clients Consistent reliability and punctuality Common Application Questions Are you comfortable completing a background check?
