The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a premium environment for our guests. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of all nine private karaoke suites between guest sessions, including removing used glasses, plates, napkins, and any leftover food or beverages Wipe down all surfaces in suites including tables, seating, microphones, and menus after each group Reset suites promptly between bookings, ensuring the space is clean, stocked, and ready for the next party Maintain cleanliness of the main lounge area throughout the shift, including sweeping for empty glasses, wiping down tables, spot cleaning spills, and keeping high-traffic areas tidy Periodically clean and restock bathrooms throughout operational hours Collect and return used glassware to the kitchen and put through dishwasher cycle Perform thorough end-of-night cleaning of all suites, the lounge, and bathrooms to prep for the next day

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills for addressing situations like broken glassware or spills. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is a must. Ability to work well under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.

Part-time, in person Day, evening, and night shifts available Monday-Friday and/or weekends
