We're looking for a dependable, friendly individual to help keep our facility clean, organized, and ready for members and guests. Job Summary The Weekend Facility Attendant supports synagogue operations by maintaining cleanliness, setting up and breaking down rooms for events, and assisting members as needed. The ideal candidate is responsible, works well independently, and communicates clearly in English. Responsibilities Clean and maintain restrooms, social areas, and event spaces Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other equipment for services and programs Refill supplies and ensure facilities are neat and presentable Assist members or guests courteously when help is needed Follow written instructions and weekly task checklists Work independently without direct supervision Qualifications Must speak and understand English Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Able to lift and move tables/chairs (up to ~40 lbs) Prior custodial or facilities experience preferred but not required Schedule Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Additional shifts may be available for holidays or special events Compensation $18-20 per hour (based on experience) Paid biweekly How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume or a brief note describing your work experience and availability.
