Housekeeper/Porter (Early Morning)

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and energetic Housekeeper/Porters (Early Morning) to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility and common areas during the early hours of the day. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming environment for retail partners, guests, and staff alike. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, is detail-oriented, flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of common area floors, entryways, and service hallways using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, dust mopping, vacuuming, and using scrubbing machine to maintain pristine surfaces Handle custodial tasks including restroom sanitation and stocking of supplies to uphold hygiene standards Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor. Performing all other duties as assigned by Mall Management.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the US. High School diploma or equivalent. Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers effectively Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift push/pull at least 40 lbs. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Must follow Management assignments, directives, policies and procedures. Remain free from illegal drug use. Pay:

$16.94 per hour
