Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Clean carpets and perform floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. Manage kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning appliances, and ensuring food preparation areas are sanitized. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their cleaning preferences and needs. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Skills Experience in custodial work or hotel cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision. Familiarity with residential cleaning products and equipment is beneficial. Basic cooking skills may be advantageous for some clients' specific needs.
