The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our visitors. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to enhance the overall appearance of the hotel. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a well-organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient service delivery. Assist in cleaning public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Experience in custodial roles or housekeeping management is desirable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
