Morningstar Maids is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team in Wilmington, Delaware. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping families keep their homes clean and organized. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Communicate professionally with clients and management Arrive on time and work efficiently independently or with a team Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely Requirements Cleaning experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and punctual Authorized to work in the United States Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Weekly pay Flexible schedule options Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and promotions Tips from clients Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift No nights
