Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Execute specialized floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to maintain flooring in top condition. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with efficiency and care. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits. Maintain proper sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines. Assist with janitorial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Support housekeeping management by following established protocols for cleanliness and safety across all assigned areas. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment; experience with custodial supplies preferred. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
