This position is NOT for people who arrives late, rush jobs, or do not enjoy detailed work. Duties Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of designated areas, restrooms, kitchens, terrace and common areas. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high sanitation standards. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines at all times. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled shifts. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients. Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
