We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced independent subcontractors to join us. This is a per-job independent contractor position (not hourly pay) . Compensation is based on the size, scope, and type of cleaning assignment, as well as experience and efficiency. We are seeking professionals who take pride in their work and understand that high-quality residential cleaning requires efficiency, care, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in client homes Perform residential cleanings thoroughly and efficiently while following detailed cleaning checklists Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning needs and requests Manage laundry services when requested, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Properly maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and report any issues when necessary Follow safe cleaning practices and use appropriate products and techniques for different surfaces and materials Requirements Must carry active general liability insurance Must pass a background check Must communicate clearly in English Must have proven residential cleaning experience (high-end homes preferred) Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, floor care, and surface-specific cleaning methods Experience with specialized cleaning products and tools preferred Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Must be consistently reliable and punctual Must be able to work independently without supervision Must maintain a professional and respectful presence in client homes Strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to manage time effectively and complete jobs within expected timeframes Must be physically able to perform full residential cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning equipment safely Professional appearance required — cleaners must wear clean, neutral or black attire while on assignments to maintain a consistent, client-ready standard Position Details Independent contractor (1099) position — not an employee role Flexible schedule based on job availability and mutual fit Work includes standard residential cleanings, deep cleans, and move-out services Competitive pay per job based on experience, efficiency, and scope of work We are currently in a growth phase and actively expanding our team.
