Full Job Description Housekeeper Overview:

SalSam LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper Nanny to support a private family in maintaining a clean and organized home, while also providing care to their young children. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle various household tasks efficiently and be able to create a safe and nurturing environment for children sole charge.

Duties:

• Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry and mopping floors
• Provide attentive and high-quality care for children
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the home
• Assist with laundry, ironing, and other garment care tasks
• Support in meal preparation and cooking as needed
• Handle dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties
• Execute errands and household tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with other household staff members as required

Skills:

• Prior experience in housekeeping is essential
• Familiarity with floor care techniques is preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous
• Ability to perform custodial duties effectively
• Proficiency in industrial cleaning methods is beneficial

Prerequisites:

• Housekeeping experience is a must
