House Manager / Family Assistant We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly. This role includes light housekeeping, home organization, simple meal preparation, and occasional childcare support while parents are present and actively involved. We are looking for someone dependable, calm, efficient, and comfortable working in a busy family environment. Responsibilities General tidying and maintaining household organization Laundry, dishes, light cleaning, and household upkeep Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks Grocery shopping and household errands as needed Keeping household supplies stocked and organized Assisting with routines and daily household flow Supporting with childcare as needed while parents are home Helping create a clean, calm, and functional environment Ideal Candidate Organized and self-motivated Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable around children and family routines Able to multitask and take initiative Prior experience in housekeeping, household management, nannying, or family assistance preferred Reliable transportation preferred Schedule & Compensation Flexible depending on availability and family needs Part-time or full-time considered Compensation based on experience We are looking for someone who enjoys helping families, takes pride in maintaining a well-run home, and can become a valued long-term support person for our household.
