Resort Housekeeper

Resort Housekeeper Sanibel-Captiva Beach Resorts currently has openings for resort housekeepers at our Tween-Waters Inn Resort & Spa and Beachview Villas locations. Are you a housekeeper/cleaner that takes pride in your work? Do you strive to give the best possible white glove treatment you can for customers.....If so, we would love to speak with you!! As a housekeeper you will be responsible for taking care of guest rooms by providing tidy and sanitary amenities to our guests.

Job Duties:

Changing of sheets and towels Restocking toilet supplies & toiletries Vacuuming Dusting Sweeping Cleaning/Washing all flooring Making beds Disinfecting of rooms Cleaning toilets Cleaning showers/bathtubs Cleaning of mirrors, countertops & cupboards Wiping/Cleaning of mini fridges, microwaves, etc. Stock kitchen paper items as needed Make sure equipment in rooms are working properly

Requirements:

A successful housekeeper will pay attention to detail Be able to lift heavy objects Climb staircases Good communication skills Must have a good work ethic Must be reliable Flexible Have basic laundry skills

Proven working experience in relevant field is preferred but not necessary Ability to work independently and remain motivated Helpful with customer service orientation Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language High school degree, preferred

Physical Requirements:

Bending, stooping, standing on feet for long periods of time, lifting up to 40 lbs., reaching and climbing
